Kadın, Aile ve Gelecek İçin Güçlü Mesajlar
“Atatürk’ün Kızları” projesinin yalnızca bir toplantıdan ibaret kalmaması, aksine Türkiye’nin dört bir yanına yayılan sürekli bir eğitim ve farkındalık platformuna dönüşmesi hedeflenmektedir.
Projenin temel hedeflerinden biri de, Atatürk’ün çizdiği çağdaş, üretken ve özgüvenli Türk kadını modelini günümüz Türkiye’sinde daha görünür kılmaktır.
Bu yaklaşım, kadın haklarının yalnızca hukuk metinlerinde yer almasıyla sınırlı kalmamasını; başka bir ifadeyle “de jure” (hukuken var olan) hakların “de facto” (fiilen uygulanan) haklara dönüşmesini hedeflemektedir.
Böylece kadın-erkek eşitliğinin yalnızca yasal düzenlemelerde değil, sosyal hayatın her alanında güçlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

Türk Kadınının Aydınlık Yürüyüşü, Geçmişten Geleceğe Cumhuriyetin En Güçlü Mirası
Bir milletin medeniyet seviyesi, kadına verdiği değerle ölçülür. Türk kadını, tarih boyunca devlet kuran, cephede savaşan, aileyi ve toplumu ayakta tutan kurucu bir güç olmuştur.
Cumhuriyet’in kurucusu Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk ise Türk kadınının sahip olduğu hakların önündeki engelleri kaldırarak onu çağdaş dünyanın öncü kadınları arasına taşımıştır.
Bugün “Atatürk’ün Kızları” ifadesi yalnızca bir tanımlama değil; Cumhuriyet değerlerine, çağdaşlığa, üretime, bilime ve milli egemenliğe sahip çıkan kadınların ortak idealini temsil etmektedir. Bu nedenle “Atatürk’ün Kızları” fikri, yalnızca bir toplantının değil, Cumhuriyet’in ikinci yüzyılına yön verecek toplumsal bir vizyonun adıdır.

Zafer Partisi tarafından 13 Haziran 2026 Cumartesi günü İstanbul Pendik’te düzenlenen “Atatürk’ün Kızları” programı, Türk kadınının Cumhuriyet tarihindeki yerini ve gelecekte üstleneceği rolü yeniden gündeme taşıyan önemli bir etkinlik olarak dikkat çekti.
Toplantıya Zafer Partisi Genel Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ümit Özdağ ile Zafer Partisi Kadın, Aile ve Çocuk Politikalarından Sorumlu Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Suzan Küçüksaraç katıldı. Programda ayrıca Zafer Partisi İstanbul İl Başkanı Hakan Akşit ve İstanbul İl Kadın, Aile ve Çocuk Politikalarından Sorumlu Başkanı Demet Ulusoy da konuşmalar gerçekleştirdi.
Etkinlikte, Cumhuriyet’in kurucu değerleri, Türk kadınının tarihsel kazanımları ve Cumhuriyet’in ikinci yüzyılında kadınların üstleneceği roller ele alındı.
Atatürk Türk Kadınına Hak Vermedi; Haklarının Önündeki Engelleri Kaldırdı
Toplantıda vurgulanan en önemli hususlardan biri, Atatürk’ün Türk kadınına bakış açısı oldu. Atatürk, kadın haklarını bir lütuf olarak değil, doğal ve vazgeçilmez bir hak olarak değerlendirmiştir.
Bu doğrultuda gerçekleştirilen devrimler, dönemin dünyasında dahi örnek gösterilecek nitelikteydi:
1926 Medeni Kanunu ile kadınlara mirasta eşitlik, boşanma hakkı ve tek eşli aile düzeni getirildi.
1930 Belediye Kanunu ile kadınlara belediye seçimlerinde seçme ve seçilme hakkı tanındı.
1933 Köy Kanunu ile kadınlar muhtar ve ihtiyar meclisi üyesi olabildi.
1934 Anayasa Değişikliği ile Türk kadını milletvekili seçme ve seçilme hakkını birçok Batı ülkesinden önce elde etti.
Atatürk’ün “Dünyada her şey kadının eseridir.” sözü, onun kadın konusundaki vizyonunun en özlü ifadesi olarak tarihe geçmiştir.
Cumhuriyetin İkinci Yüzyılında Yeni Hedef, Üreten, Yöneten ve Lider Kadın
“Atatürk’ün Kızları” toplantısında dile getirilen temel düşünce, Türk kadınının yalnızca geçmiş kazanımlarını koruması değil, bilimde, teknolojide, girişimcilikte, siyasette ve ekonomide daha güçlü biçimde yer alması gerektiği oldu.
Kadınların karar alma mekanizmalarında daha fazla temsil edilmesi, yerel yönetimlerde etkin rol üstlenmesi ve ekonomik hayatta güçlenmesi gerektiği vurgulandı. Özellikle genç kızların eğitim, kariyer ve liderlik alanlarında desteklenmesinin Cumhuriyet’in geleceği açısından stratejik önem taşıdığı ifade edildi.
“Atatürk’ün Kızları” Bir Toplantının Ötesinde Bir Toplumsal Projeye Dönüşebilir
Etkinlikte ortaya çıkan en dikkat çekici vizyonlardan biri, “Atatürk’ün Kızları” fikrinin yalnızca belirli bir programla sınırlı kalmaması yönündeki beklenti oldu.
Bu kapsamda, Türkiye’nin her il ve ilçesinde düzenlenecek gezici seminerler ve konferanslarla genç kızlara yönelik:
Cumhuriyet tarihi, liderlik eğitimi, girişimcilik, meslek edinme, bilim ve teknoloji farkındalığı
alanlarında sürekli eğitim veren bir platform oluşturulmasının önemli katkılar sağlayabileceği değerlendirilmektedir.
Böyle bir yapı, genç nesillerin Cumhuriyet devrimlerini doğrudan öğrenmesine ve Atatürk’ün çağdaşlaşma vizyonunu daha yakından tanımasına katkı sunacaktır.
Karadeniz Vapuru’ndan Günümüze: Atatürk’ün Vizyoner İletişim Gücü
Programın zamanlaması da dikkat çekiciydi. Bir gün önce, 12 Haziran Türkiye Marka Günü kapsamında düzenlenen Marka Zirvesi, Türkiye’nin marka değerine vurgu yapmıştı.
Nitekim Atatürk, 1926 yılında Karadeniz Vapuru ile Türk mallarını dünyaya tanıtmak amacıyla gerçekleştirdiği gezici fuar projesiyle yalnızca ekonomik değil, iletişim ve marka yönetimi açısından da çağının ötesinde bir vizyon sergilemişti. Dünya marka literatüründe örnek gösterilen bu girişim, Türkiye’nin uluslararası tanıtım tarihinde öncü adımlardan biri olarak kabul edilmektedir.
Bugün de Cumhuriyet’in ikinci yüzyılında, toplumsal kalkınmanın en güçlü unsurlarından biri yine eğitimli, üretken ve özgüvenli Türk kadını olacaktır.
Cumhuriyetin İkinci Yüzyılına Yönelik Vizyon: “Atatürk’ün Kızları” Bir Toplumsal Harekete Dönüşüyor
Cumhuriyet’in kurucusu Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün milletle doğrudan temas kurarak Anadolu’yu karış karış dolaşması gibi, toplumla iç içe siyaset anlayışının bu vizyonun temelini oluşturduğu ifade edilmektedir.
Bu kapsamda “Atatürk’ün Kızları” platformunun; gezici seminerler, konferanslar ve eğitim programları aracılığıyla her il ve ilçede genç kızlara ulaşması planlanmaktadır.
Platformun, Cumhuriyet tarihi, liderlik, girişimcilik, meslek edinme ve kişisel gelişim alanlarında sürekli eğitimler sunarak özellikle genç nesillerin Cumhuriyet devrimlerini doğrudan öğrenmelerine katkı sağlaması amaçlanmaktadır.
Zafer Partisi Genel Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ümit Özdağ’ın Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerini ziyaret ederek yürüttüğü saha çalışmalarının da, milletle doğrudan temas kuran siyaset anlayışının bir yansıması olduğu değerlendirilmektedir.
Bu çerçevede “Atatürk’ün Kızları” platformunun, Cumhuriyet’in ikinci yüzyılında milli kimliği güçlendiren ve kadınların toplumsal hayata katılımını artıran önemli bir girişim olabileceği ifade edilmektedir.
Program kapsamında dile getirilen görüşlerde, Türk kadınının siyasette, yerel yönetimlerde ve karar alma mekanizmalarında daha fazla yer almasının önemine dikkat çekildi.
Cumhuriyet’in ikinci yüzyılında Türk kadınlarının bilim, teknoloji ve girişimcilik alanlarında daha güçlü bir konuma ulaşmasının Türkiye’nin kalkınması açısından stratejik değer taşıdığı vurgulandı.
Ayrıca Türk aile yapısını korurken kadınların ekonomik ve sosyal hayatta daha etkin rol üstlenmesini sağlayacak politikaların geliştirilmesi gerektiği ifade edildi. Özellikle genç kızların eğitim, kariyer ve liderlik alanlarında önlerini açacak yeni projelerin hayata geçirilmesinin, Türkiye’nin geleceğine yapılacak en önemli yatırımlardan biri olduğu belirtildi.
Bu yönüyle “Atatürk’ün Kızları”, yalnızca geçmişe duyulan bir vefa değil; Cumhuriyet’in kurucu değerlerini geleceğe taşıma iradesinin de güçlü bir ifadesi olarak öne çıkmaktadır.

“Atatürk’ün Kızları” Cumhuriyet Mirasının Geleceğe Taşınmasıdır
“Atatürk’ün Kızları” olmak; Cumhuriyet’in kazanımlarına sahip çıkmak, bilimi rehber edinmek, üretmek, yönetmek ve toplumsal ilerlemeye katkı sunmak demektir.
Türk kadınının tarihsel birikimi ile Cumhuriyet değerlerini buluşturan bu tür etkinlikler, yalnızca bugünün değil, Türkiye’nin geleceğinin de şekillenmesine katkı sağlayacaktır.
Zafer Partisi, Pendik’te düzenlediği “Atatürk’ün Kızları” adlı anlamlı toplantıda Türk kadınının sesi oldu.
Zafer Partisi Genel Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ümit Özdağ, Kadın, Aile ve Çocuk Politikalarından Sorumlu Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Suzan Küçüksaraç, İstanbul İl Başkanı Hakan Akşit ve İstanbul İl Kadın Kolları Başkanı Demet Ulusoy’un konuşmaları damga vurdu.
Ümit Özdağ, “Atatürk’ün Kızları, Sizleri Saygıyla Selamlıyorum”
Genel Başkan Özdağ, konuşmasında kadının toplumdaki belirleyici rolünü vurgulayarak şu çarpıcı ifadeleri kullandı:
“Bugün burada görünmeyen, çoğu zaman görünmek istemeyen, emeğiyle bu ülkeyi ayakta tutan kadınların sessiz çığlığını güçlü bir haykırışa çevirmek için bir araya geldik.”
Atatürk Kadını Görünür Kıldı, Şimdi Gerileme Var
Özdağ, Atatürk’ün Türk kadınına kazandırdığı hakları hatırlatarak:
“Atatürk ve Cumhuriyet, Türk kadınına sadece seçme ve seçilme hakkı vermedi; kadını görünür kıldı, vatandaş yaptı, eğitime taşıdı, meslek sahibi yaptı, kamusal hayatın öznesi haline getirdi.”
Ancak bugün gelinen noktada bir gerileme yaşandığını belirten Özdağ, şöyle devam etti:
“Adeta görünmez bir el, kadını görünmez hale getirmeye çalışıyor, geriye itmeye çalışıyor. Açık yasaklarla yapmıyor bunu. Ekonomik baskıyla, güvencesizlikle, yoksullukla ve korkuyla adeta geleceğini elinden alıyor.”
250 Lirayla Pazara Giden Kadının 10 Lira İçin Vazgeçmesi
Türkiye’deki yoksulluğun kadın üzerindeki ağır yüküne dikkat çeken Özdağ, yaşadığı bir anısını paylaştı:
“Ümraniye'de bir kadın, engelli kızı için sorular sordu. Pazara birlikte gittik. 250 lirayla bir kilo pırasa, bir kilo havuç aldı. Mor lahana için 50 lira istediler. ‘40 liraya varsa alayım, yoksa almıyorum’ dedi. 10 lira için vazgeçti. Bu sadece bir kadının değil, bütün Türkiye’nin gerçeği.”
4 Milyon Uyuşturucu, 2 Milyon Kumar Bağımlısı
Özdağ, bağımlılıkla mücadelede annelerin fedakârlığını şu sözlerle anlattı:
“Ankara’da yaptığımız toplantıda bir anne dedi ki: ‘Oğlum evdeki her şeyi sattı, buzdolabını, şofbeni bile sattı. Beni dövdü, evi yaktı. Şimdi hapiste, çok şükür rahatım.’ Sonra yanıma geldi: ‘Oğlumun dişleri döküldü, yemek yiyemiyor, dişlerini yaptırabilir misiniz?’ dedi. İşte Türk kadınının yüreği bu.”
Sokaklarda Devlet Yok, Çeteler Var
Kadınların sokakta yaşadığı güvenlik krizine değinen Özdağ,
“İstiklal Caddesi'nde gece 12'de bir kadın korkmadan yürüyebilir mi? Metrobüste tek başına yolculuk yapabilir mi? 14 yaşında Ahmet çetelertarafından katledildi, 15 yaşında Atlas sokak ortasında bıçaklandı. Sokaklara devleti geri getireceğiz.”
Türkiye Ortadoğululaşıyor
Özdağ’ın konuşmasının en dikkat çeken bölümlerinden biri de göç politikalarının kadın ve çocuk üzerindeki etkilerine dairdi:
“Türkiye'nin kalıcı şekilde Ortadoğu'nun bir parçası olması kadar büyük bir tehdit yoktur. Zafer Partisi, sığınmacılar vatanlarına dönsün derken aynı zamanda Türkiye'nin Ortadoğululaşması sürecini sona erdirip geri çevirmeyi hedefleyen tek partidir.”
Kendi Eleştirisini de Yaptı, Kadın Seçmende Eksiğimiz Var
Özdağ, rakamları paylaşarak samimi bir itirafta bulundu:
“100 seçmenimizden 73’ü erkek, 27’si kadın. Bu büyük bir eksiklik. Türk kadınının haklarını bizden iyi savunan yok, ama anlatamıyoruz. Bundan sonra anlatacağız.”
Atatürk’ü Sevmeyeni Sevmiyoruz
Konuşmasının sonunda net bir çizgi çizen Özdağ:
“Bir genç kız ‘Müslüman mısınız?’ diye sordu. ‘Elhamdülillah ama 2002’den beri değil, bin yıldan beri’ dedim. Sonra ‘Siz bizi İstiklal Mahkemelerinde astınız’ dedi. Dedim ki: ‘Kızım, senin derdin Atatürk’le.’ Biz Atatürk’ü sevmeyenleri sevmiyoruz. Atatürk’ten taviz verenlerle bir araya gelmemiz mümkün değil.”
Suzan Küçüksaraç, Türk Kadını Uyanmalı, Biz Evlere Kapatılmayacağız
Zafer Partisi Kadın, Aile ve Çocuk Politikalarından Sorumlu Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Suzan Küçüksaraç, duygusal ve kararlı konuşmasında şu mesajları verdi:
“Ben bir kadınım, bir evladım. Çocuğumu okula gönderirken sağ salim dönecek mi diye endişeleniyorum. Eşinden şiddet gören, toplumda dışlanan kadınlar var. Ama biz bunu asla kabul etmeyeceğiz. Biz Türk kadınıyız, Harem selamı vermedik, birlikte ayaktayız.”
“Çocuklarımızı tarikatlara, ne dediği belirsiz insanlara teslim etmeyeceğiz. Saray rejimine asla boyun eğmeyeceğiz. Ben bayrağıma baktığımda yüreğim yanıyor. Kimsenin senin bildiğin yerlerle oynamasına izin vermeyin.”
“Zafer Partisi’nde hayat var, umut var. Lütfen Türk kadını uyanmalı artık.”
Demet Ulusoy, Susmak Atatürk’ün Kızlarına Yakışmaz
İstanbul İl Kadın Kolları Başkanı Demet Ulusoy, etkileyici konuşmasında:
“Bizler Mustafa Kemal’in sözünü yere düşüren evlatlarıyız. Çocuklarımızın geleceği ağır tehdit altındayken susmak Atatürk’ün kızlarına yakışmaz.”
“Bu mücadele sadece bir siyasi hareket değil, bir vatan savunmasıdır. Evlatlarımızın özgür yaşayacağı bir vatan bırakmak namus borcumuzdur.”
“Bugün burada yaktığımız meşale İstanbul’dan başlayıp 81 ili saracaktır. O meşale Cumhuriyet ateşidir, vatan toprağını namusu bilen Türk kadınının mücadelesidir. Biz o ateşle karanlığı boğacağız, adeti küle çevireceğiz.”
Hakan Akşit, Zafer, En Fazla Kadın İlçe Başkanı Olan Partidir
İstanbul İl Başkanı Hakan Akşit ise kadın teşkilatlanmasının önemine vurgu yaparak:
“Zafer Partisi, en fazla kadın ilçe başkanına sahip teşkilattır. Kadınlarımızın emeği ve özverisiyle bugünlere geldik.”

The founder of the Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, removed the obstacles in front of Turkish women's rights and carried them among the leading women of the contemporary world.
Today, the expression "Daughters of Ataturk" is not just a definition; it represents the common ideal of women who embrace the values of the Republic, modernity, production, science, and national sovereignty. Therefore, the idea of "Daughters of Ataturk" is the name of not just a meeting, but a social vision that will shape the second century of the Republic.
Meaningful Gathering from the Zafer Party: "Daughters of Ataturk" Came Together in Pendik
The "Daughters of Ataturk" program organized by the Zafer Party on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Pendik, Istanbul, drew attention as an important event that brought the place of Turkish women in the history of the Republic and the role they will undertake in the future back to the agenda.
Zafer Party Chairman Prof. Dr. Umit Ozdag and Zafer Party Deputy Chairman responsible for Women, Family and Children Policies, Suzan Kuçuksarac, attended the meeting. Within the program, Zafer Party Istanbul Provincial Chairman Hakan Aksit and Istanbul Provincial President responsible for Women, Family and Children Policies, Demet Ulusoy, also made speeches.
At the event, the founding values of the Republic, the historical gains of Turkish women, and the roles women will undertake in the second century of the Republic were discussed.
Ataturk Did Not Give Rights to Turkish Women; He Removed the Obstacles in Front of Their Rights
One of the most important points emphasized at the meeting was Ataturk's perspective on Turkish women. Ataturk evaluated women's rights not as a favor, but as a natural and indispensable right.
The revolutions carried out in this direction were exemplary even for the world of that period:
With the 1926 Civil Code, equality in inheritance, the right to divorce, and a monogamous family order were granted to women.
With the 1934 Constitutional Amendment, Turkish women gained the right to elect and be elected as members of parliament before many Western countries.
Ataturk's statement, "Everything in the world is the work of women," has gone down in history as the most concise expression of his vision on women.

The timing of the program was also noteworthy. The previous day, the Brand Summit organized within the scope of June 12th Turkey Brand Day emphasized Turkey's brand value.
Indeed, with his traveling fair project carried out on the Karadeniz Ferry in 1926 to introduce Turkish goods to the world, Ataturk displayed a vision beyond his time not only economically but also in terms of communication and brand management. The platform aims to contribute to especially younger generations directly learning about the Republic's revolutions by offering continuous training in the fields of Republic history, leadership, entrepreneurship, vocational acquisition, and personal development.
It is considered that the field studies carried out by Zafer Party Chairman Prof. Dr. Umit Ozdag by visiting different regions of Turkey are also a reflection of this political understanding that establishes direct contact with the nation.
In this framework, it is stated that the "Daughters of Ataturk" platform could be an important initiative that strengthens national identity and increases women's participation in social life in the second century of the Republic.
In the views expressed within the program, attention was drawn to the importance of Turkish women taking more place in politics, local governments, and decision-making mechanisms.
It was emphasized that Turkish women reaching a stronger position in science, technology, and entrepreneurship in the second century of the Republic has strategic value for Turkey's development.

"Daughters of Ataturk" is Carrying the Republic's Heritage to the Future
Being a "Daughter of Ataturk" means embracing the gains of the Republic, taking science as a guide, producing, managing, and contributing to social progress.
Such events, which bring together the historical accumulation of Turkish women and the values of the Republic, will contribute not only to today but also to shaping the future of Turkey.
The Zafer Party became the voice of Turkish women at the meaningful meeting named "Daughters of Ataturk" organized in Pendik.
The speeches of Zafer Party Chairman Prof. Dr. Umit Ozdag, Deputy Chairman responsible for Women, Family and Children Policies Suzan Küçüksaraç, Istanbul Provincial Chairman Hakan Aksit, and Istanbul Provincial Women's Branch President Demet Ulusoy left their mark.
Umit Ozdag, "I Respectfully Salute You, Daughters of Ataturk"
Chairman Ozdag emphasized the determining role of women in society and used the following striking expressions in his speech:
"Today, we have come together here to turn the silent scream of women who are invisible, who often do not want to be seen, who keep this country standing with their labor, into a powerful outcry."
Ataturk Made Women Visible, Now There is Regression
Reminding the rights Ataturk granted to Turkish women, Ozdag said:
"Ataturk and the Republic did not just give Turkish women the right to vote and be elected; they made women visible, made them citizens, carried them to education, made them have professions, made them the subject of public life."
Stating that there is a regression at the point reached today, Ozdag continued:
"An invisible hand is trying to make women invisible, trying to push them back. It doesn't do this with open bans. It is taking away their future with economic pressure, insecurity, poverty, and fear."
The Woman Going to the Market with 250 Liras Giving Up for 10 Liras
Drawing attention to the heavy burden of poverty on women in Turkey, Ozdag shared a memory he experienced:
"A woman in Umraniye asked questions for her disabled daughter. We went to the market together. With 250 liras, she bought a kilo of leeks and a kilo of carrots. They asked for 50 liras for purple cabbage. She said, 'If it's available for 40 liras, let me buy it, if not, I'm not buying it.' She gave up for 10 liras. This is not just the reality of one woman, but of all of Turkey."
4 Million Drug Addicts, 2 Million Gambling Addicts
Ozdag described the sacrifice of mothers in the fight against addiction with these words:
"In a meeting we held in Ankara, a mother said: 'My son sold everything at home, even sold the refrigerator and the water heater. He beat me, set the house on fire. Now he's in prison, thank God I'm relieved.' Then she came to me: 'My son's teeth have fallen out, he can't eat, can you get his teeth fixed?' she said. This is the heart of a Turkish woman."
There is No State on the Streets, There are Gangs
Addressing the security crisis women experience on the streets, Ozdag asked,
"Can a woman walk on Istiklal Avenue at midnight without fear? Can she travel alone on the metrobus? 14-year-old Ahmet was murdered by gangs, 15-year-old Atlas was stabbed in the street. We will bring the state back to the streets."
Turkey is Becoming Middle Easternized
One of the most striking parts of Ozdag's speech was about the effects of migration policies on women and children:
"There is no greater threat than Turkey permanently becoming a part of the Middle East. While the Zafer Party says asylum seekers should return to their homeland, it is the only party that aims to end and reverse the process of Turkey becoming Middle Easternized."
He Also Criticized Himself, We Are Lacking Among Female Voters
Ozdag shared the numbers and made a sincere confession:
"Out of 100 of our voters, 73 are men, 27 are women. This is a big shortcoming. There is no one who defends the rights of Turkish women better than us, but we cannot explain it. From now on, we will explain."
We Do Not Love Those Who Do Not Love Ataturk
Drawing a clear line at the end of his speech, Ozdag said:
"A young girl asked, 'Are you Muslim?' I said, 'Alhamdulillah, but not since 2002, for a thousand years.' Then she said, 'You hanged us in the Independence Courts.' I said, 'Girl, your issue is with Ataturk.' We do not love those who do not love Ataturk. It is not possible for us to come together with those who compromise on Ataturk."
Suzan Küçüksaraç: Turkish Women Must Wake Up, We Will Not Be Confined to Homes
Zafer Party Deputy Chairman responsible for Women, Family and Children Policies, Suzan Küçüksaraç, gave the following messages in her emotional and determined speech:
"I am a woman, a child. When I send my child to school, I worry whether he will return safely. There are women who are subjected to violence by their husbands, who are ostracized in society. But we will never accept this. We are Turkish women, we never gave the Harem salute, we stand together."
"We will not surrender our children to sects, to people whose intentions are unclear. We will never bow down to the palace regime. When I look at my flag, my heart burns. Do not let anyone interfere with your known values."
"There is life, there is hope in the Zafer Party. Please, Turkish women must wake up now."
Demet Ulusoy: Silence Does Not Suit the Daughters of Ataturk
Istanbul Provincial Women's Branch President Demet Ulusoy said in her impressive speech:
"We are the children who have dropped Mustafa Kemal's word to the ground. While the future of our children is under serious threat, silence does not suit the daughters of Ataturk."
"This struggle is not just a political movement, it is a defense of the homeland. Leaving a homeland where our children can live freely is a debt of honor."
"The torch we light here today will start from Istanbul and cover 81 provinces. That torch is the fire of the Republic, the struggle of Turkish women who consider the homeland soil their honor. We will suffocate the darkness with that fire, we will turn custom into ashes."
Hakan Aksit: Zafer is the Party with the Most Female District Presidents
Istanbul Provincial Chairman Hakan Aksit emphasized the importance of women's organization and said:
"The Zafer Party is the organization with the most female district presidents. We have come to this day with the effort and devotion of our women."
